The insurance for the shipment up to 500,- euro is included. For each further 500,- euro value we charge an insurance fee: to Germany 5,- Euro to EU countries, Switzerland and Norway 10,- Euro out of EU countries 20,- Euro. The insurance only includes the risk of loss and breaking. The risk of leaking is not included. The risk that the content becomes cloudy during the transport is not included. There is a direct relationship between a low filling level of a whiskybottle and the leaking risk during transport.
We don't ship to Finland, Canada, Greenland, Russia, Ukraine, Vietnam, South Korea and Turkey.

Attention: For invoices over 1000 euros, the export must be approved by customs and we will receive an export accompanying document. This process delays shipping depending on customs clearance. Usually 2-3 days.
Shipping and packaging cost for each bottle with more than 1,4 liter contents is equal to two normal bottles. Shipping and packaging cost for each bottle with more than 2,4 liter contents is equal to three normal bottles. Our Service
We charge 10% auction fees from the buyer, posting and packing costs will be added to the hammerprice.
We don't have any reserve prices. This provides a real auction feeling.
The auction runs several weeks. The auction end is concentrated to one evening. You don't miss single auctions. Every five minutes at the auction evening ends one category.
Each bottle has at least two up-to-date pictures in high quality. We take 360° pictures of the bottles so that you can turn the bottles yourself in our viewer.
Appraisal of the bottles: We check all bottles for authenticity and condition. Dubious bottles will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Your bids and requests are transmitted by SSL encryption.
Our software shows us unauthorized bids as far as this is possible.
The auction sites and lists have a uniform appearance.
'My Bids' informs about your bids and keeps track of you still being the highest bidder or being outbid by somebody else.
The lists are presented in a special sort order (the Krüger-sorting-pattern).
